This article covers how to create an estimate, job, or invoice for a specific customer.
Find the Customer
To find the customer you want to edit, you can do that three ways:
- click one of the letters to filter the list,
- use the Smart Search field to enter any part of the customer name, address, or any other field,
- scroll the customer list view table.
Creating Estimate, Job or Invoice
On the right side of the customer’s details page, you can see all customer activity so far: notes, estimates, jobs, etc. To create a new Estimate, Job, or Invoice, click one of the buttons and choose what you want to create.
Other options to create Estimates, Jobs or Invoice to click on the top right corner universal blue Add New button, and select one of the sales you wanna to create.
