At Field Service CRM, we know calendars are essential to running your business. That’s why we’ve spent a lot of time getting them just right. The Calendar page is where you define the appearance of events, such as estimate visits and jobs.
The top section on the right shows a tile preview of how your calendar events look, with the current settings.
The next section – Display, has fields where you can set your daily business hours. Your calendar will show availability between these hours.
The last field is where you control what appears in each tile calendar event. If you find that your calendar view becomes cluttered and hard to read, you can disable several of these fields to clean up your view.
